Unable to uninstall the Sharepoint connector for Jira
We installed Sharepoint Plugin for Jira on our MOSS Sharepoint 2007 server, but later realized it was installed with an account that did not have Sharepoint admin privileges, so we are trying to uninstall it.
But it seems like every time during the pre-requisite check for the Services Timer, it triggers that service to stop. So we are not able to uninstall it now.

Inappropriate?Our developers were able to simulate your problem, Ritesh, in our dev environment.
One of prerequisite to install SharePoint Connector for JIRA is to have the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service enabled and running.
* If the service is not running the installer will automatically runs the service provided the service account is configured correctly.
* If the service is disabled (and not running), the installer will not proceed with installation process and displays error message.
I will send you a mail that describes how to set this in more detail.
