Tool and Add menus obscured by deck/card contents
We use the deck/card macro extensively. We just upgraded to 3.0.1 and in IE only, the Tools, and Add dropdowns fall behind the deck. Is there a workaround to this?

Now sure what we are going to do about this, its blocking us upgrading to 3.x and its really p*****g us off as we have used this plugin extensively now. What are we to do?!
