Salesforce/JIRA Syncing Errors
I changed my 'Case' label to 'Ticket' in Salesforce. We are using the JIRA plugin for integration. When the label is 'Case' I can sync my cases to JIRA. However, when I use the label 'Ticket' in Salesforce for all fields it still syncs but generates a error in the 'Salesforce Case Details w/Case #:' field:
Error: ( Customware-CRM-plugin ). Error message from Salesforce.com : INVALID_QUERY_FILTER_OPERATOR : Subject, OwnerId from Case where id = '00001610' ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:71 invalid ID field: 00001610
Jira plugin version 3.0.2

Inappropriate?Hi Charles,
Have you been able to make any progress?
Thanks,

Inappropriate? The 'Ticket' vs. 'Case' salesforce nomenclature doesn't appear to have any effect after all. I switched between them both and still get the error regardless.

Can you please write us at info@customware.net so we can take a closer look at your problem. It may be related to your environment, but we need to look at this closer.
Kind regards,

Inappropriate?I was just reading through the documentation and determined my setup to be a limitation of the plugin. I was using the Multi Case object and should only be using the case object. This is resolved.
