Moving support to Get Satisfaction
As you've noticed, we've moved support for our plug-ins to Get Satisfaction. We are also updating our JIRA and Confluence systems as part of the CustomWare Greenhouse - http://greenhouse.customware.net to provide more clarity around the roadmaps and support of our open source offerings.

Inappropriate?Get Satisfaction seems like a good service, but I do miss the old style with all the comments and examples at the bottom of your macro syntax definitions.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Do you think if we kept the interactions here, but updated examples back at the CustomWare site (to continue building up better documentation for the plug-ins) that we'd find the happy middle ground?
The problem wite wiki-based support is that it was really difficult to track "incidents" and the pages ended up with a lot of "noise" and over time would slow down due to hundreds of comments.
I'm very interested in your thoughts.
