Is there a way to report on all users including deactivated users?
I want to be able to view all the users that are currently associated with my site. I want to view the active (people that have groups) and the deactivated (people that have no groups). I want to be able to sort them in a logical manner.
Currently what happens is, when I deactivate a users (by removing their groups and revoking their global accesses) the {user-reporter} does not report on that user any more. It doesn't list it in the report. I want two reports. One that reports deactivated users and one that reports active users.

Inappropriate?Hmm. I just checked the plugin and it's using the 'getUsersWithConfluenceAccess' method, which would indicate why you don't get deactivated users in the list.
My suggestion would be to create a feature request to have a way to get deactivated users also. We're doing some work on Reporting currently, so I'll see if we can fit it into the schedule for the next release.
