Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I'm assuming you're talking about using the Tracking Plugin? Unfortunately, that plugin only keeps a simple total counter. It can't tell how long ago particular views took place in.
My suggestion would be to investigate the Statistical Analysis Plugin. It's a bit rough around the edges, and only works with some specific databases, but it has much more capability for this kind of tracking data.
