I cannot evaluate the plugin's core functionality

The documentation of the plugin said the evaluation license is fully functional, except for the evaluation messages.

This is not true, when I try to create a Jira issue from a Salesforce case, I receive the following error (using Jira 4.0):

CUSTOMWARE PLUGIN EVALUATION LICENSE - This feature is disabled, Purchase a license to enable it.
