How to filter dates between minValue and maxValue?

I provide {date-filter} with minValue and maxValue because I want all items with a date between minValue and maxValue. But the result looks like that {date-filter} just cares about minValue. For example the result contains items with date 2009-10-08 although maxValue is 2009-10-04:
{date-filter:data:AnswerDate|minValue=2009-10-01 00:00|maxDate=2009-10-04 23:59|format=yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm}

Edit: I'm using Confluence 3.0.0 and Reporting Plugin 3.2.0
