Inappropriate?Hi Kay,
Can you provide more details? Are you pulling (mapping) the Salesforce.com data into a "Text Field (255 characters)" in JIRA? If so you can try change this to a "Free Text Field (unlimited)" so it can stretch and handle your long list of numbers.
I’m happy to help

Inappropriate?Hi David,
No, but it certainly sounds like something I need to know more about. I haven't done anything other than pull the information into a wiki page.
Thank you and regards,

Inappropriate?I have another question. In my Types field, I would like to filter out all Names that have Type = Prospects. Is this possible?

Inappropriate?Hi Kay -
Yes, this is quite likely possible since we are able to work with most of the salesforce.com data via their APIs, but this particular feature is not part of the base product feature set, currently.
To extend the functionality, like any plugin we have, we engage with customers under a flexible "block of hours" SLA (service contracts). I will send you email. (or info@customware.net the other direction)
Kind Regards,
Ellen -
Inappropriate?Hi Kay,
Ah I see you are talking about the Salesforce/Confluence plugin. In order to make the customisations you need, you will need to contact us, as per Ellens comment.
Thanks,
David -
