Can I use {cloak} on the dashboard?
I want to cloak some of the Site Welcome Message (SWM) on the Dashboard.
I'm using the {include} macro to display the contents of another page as the SWM.
When I try to use the {cloak} macro within that page, it renders fine on the page, but not on the Dashboard. I lose the clickable arrows.
Is this a known problem? Any suggestions for a get around?

Inappropriate?Have you put the 'composition-setup' macro before the cloak macro?
-
Inappropriate?Yes. I put {composition-setup} on the page and {cloak} rendered fine on the page, but not the dashboard.
Then I tried {composition-setup} a the beginning of the SWM, followed by an {include} to the page with the {cloak} on it. This didn't work either.
I think it might be to do with the required css/javascript not porting over from the {include} page. There's such a lot of css and javascript on Confluence that it's hard to wade through it all to work out what's missing!

Inappropriate? The composition macro hasn't been designed for use on the dashboard, so the problem you are having is out of scope of the help that I can provide here. If you would like some custom development done to help you on this, you can see details about our professional services here: http://www.customware.net/repository/...
